Yes, our KinCentury assessment can be conducted at our facility or at your chosen location. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Can I follow your programs at home without equipment?

Yes, we tailor your programs based on your needs and available equipment. Training at home, even with little to no equipment, can be highly effective due to accessibility and motivation.

Do you sell supplements or merchandise?

No, we are not a supplement company and never will be.

How often do you recommend the assessment?

For beginners, major improvements can be seen in just three months. In the long run, we recommend one to two assessments per year.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We are confident in our methods, and if our plans are followed, results will follow. However, achieving results depends entirely on your consistency. While our protocols require effort, we are here to make the process easier and support you every step of the way.

Do you provide insurance receipts?
